第二日：少林尋武，體驗傳統與日常

次日的行程圍繞少林文化展開。上午，學生走進少林寺景區，在導遊詳細講解下，深入瞭解少林武學的起源與發展脈絡；精彩絕倫的少林武術表演更是讓學生們歎為觀止

，拳腳之間的剛柔並濟，展現出中華武術的獨特魅力

。恰逢登封降雪，生長於香港的學生們首次見到、觸摸到真實的雪花

下午，交流團走進中岳少林文武學校，在當地學生的專業指導下開展半日式武術訓練

。儘管訓練強度頗大，學生們個個汗流浹背，卻始終認真跟練、毫不懈怠，這種吃苦耐勞的精神值得肯定與褒獎

晚上，學生們走訪河南藝術中心

，欣賞這座融合中原文化元素的建築瑰寶；隨後走進當地超級市場

，對比香港與河南的日常貨品種類、價格區間，在細節中感知兩地的生活差異

Day 2: Exploring Shaolin Martial Arts & Experiencing Tradition and Daily Life

The second day's itinerary centered on Shaolin culture. In the morning, the students visited the Shaolin Temple Scenic Area. With the detailed explanations of the tour guide, they gained an in-depth understanding of the origin and development of Shaolin martial arts. The spectacular Shaolin martial arts performance left them in awe

—the combination of hardness and softness in every move showcased the unique charm of Chinese martial arts

. Coincidentally, it snowed in Dengfeng. For the students who grew up in Hong Kong, seeing and touching real snow for the first time

filled them with great excitement

In the afternoon, the group visited the Zhongyue Shaolin Culture and Martial Arts School. Under the professional guidance of the local students, they conducted a half-day martial arts training session

. Despite the intensive training that left everyone sweating profusely, the students followed the instructions earnestly without slacking off. This perseverance and hardworking spirit are worthy of recognition and praise

In the evening, the students visited the Henan Art Center

, admiring this architectural gem integrated with Central Plains cultural elements. Later, they went to a local supermarket

, comparing the variety and price range of daily necessities between Hong Kong and Henan, and perceiving the differences in daily life between the two regions through these details
